Dear Beloved Community,
The appointed psalm for today is Psalm 139: O Lord, you have searched me out and known me; you know my sitting down and my rising up; you discern my thoughts from afar (vs.1).
Not many passages in Scripture communicate the heart of God towards his people quite like Psalm 139. It’s a psalm of comfort and confidence – about how completely God sees us, how intimately God knows us, how deeply God loves us, and how intently God hears us. You might like to take a moment and steep yourself in those words.
The God we meet in this psalm —infinite in tenderness and personalness towards us—searches us and knows us. All our anxious thoughts. All our heavy burdens. All our prayers and petitions. All our pains and pressures. All our disappointment and despair. He knows what we need before we need it, and why. He knows what we desire and long for, and why. He knows the way we feel, the way we process, and why.
What a blessing

Tuesday Midweek Service at 11:30
Our midweek service meets on Tuesdays. As the weather gets a bit cooler, we will be returning to the Meeting Room rather than in the church. Looking forward to seeing you.
It may seem early, but these things need planning! Christmas Cards will be on sale in the Gathering Grounds and in the Parish office this week. They are €2 for a single card or €10 for 6. If you have not seen them already, I’d encourage you to have a look. They are stunning images of three of the church-stained glass windows.
We are hard at work on the Winter edition of Klips. If you wish to publish anything, please submit ideally by this Friday
